Treatment: 10-30 นาที
After sauna: Bath with cold water or swimming
Advantages
- Relaxation by secretion of sweat gland
- Increase peripheral circulation
Indication
- Soreness
- Decrease pain
Contraindication
- Cardiac problem
- Asthma
- Pregnancy < 3 month
Suggestion
- Measure BP, HR and RR before using sauna
- Drinking water after sauna
